Arbors Management Inc. is a premier Property Management company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has been serving communities throughout Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio for over 40 years. We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a Project-Based Section 8 community for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Fairmont, WV. This role is responsible for daily operations, HUD compliance, occupancy, and financial performance while fostering a positive resident experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain 95% occupancy or higher
  • Ensure HUD & Project-Based Section 8 compliance
  • Manage applications, re-certifications & wait lists
  • Oversee maintenance and property standards
  • Manage budget and financial performance
  • Build strong resident and community relationships
Qualifications:
  • Affordable housing experience preferred (HUD/Section 8)
  • Knowledge of fair housing and compliance
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with property management software
  • Budgeting and financial management experience
  • Have or be willing to obtain PA Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Capable of passing criminal background check and drug screens
